Guest House Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made before 16:00, 2 days prior to check-in.
• If you do not cancel your reservation by the deadline, you may be charged for the relevant fee for the number of nights you cancelled.
• Repeated cancellation without permission may result in suspension of any other reservation for the rest of the fiscal year.

Note: If you cancel your experiment appointment due to a mechanical problem, or you cannot come to the campus for some reasons such as natural disaster, bad weather, and transportation delay, please contact the Guest House front desk (ghouse@spring8.or.jp)
