Notification of Change the Radiation Worker Registration (FY2014)
Radiation Worker Application Form and Registration Termination Form will be revised from the 2014 fiscal year. So please go to the designated website to download the new form from SACLA User Information Website.
The designated website for registration will be posted in February 24, 2014.
Please remind that current procedure will apply until the end of the 2013 fiscal year.
