Rule Change on Use of Guest House from 2018A

Thank you for your cooperation of operation of SPring-8/ SACLA.
From the term of 2017B (operation term for beamline users), we will reconsider to revise the rule of the room operation in order to enhance the room efficiency as many as possible. The rules from the term of 2018A are as below.
- When the single rooms of building A and building B are fully booked, the rooms of building C (60 twin rooms which two people share a room that has two single beds) can be booked as single room.
- About the cost of the rooms of building C when used as single room, we will charge per room \ 3000/night.
- According to the reservation, we will request to change the room to the users who are staying long term using the room as single room. And there are opinions that this problem would be an obstacle to the experiments. Therefore, to solve this problem, when it is difficult to reserve the single room for a long term, the twin rooms of building C can be booked as single rooms.
- In principle, when the room of building C is reserved as single room, we will contact to the applicant. Moreover, if you do not request the twin room used as single room, contact the front desk of Guest House.
