- Exterior wall construction (painting repair, crack mending and so on)
- Waterproofing work for rooftop
- Interior repair for each room and common-use space
- Duration: Fri., October 7, 2016 – Fri., March 31, 2017
（３．to be started on January, 2017） - Time: 8:00 – 18:00 (except Sunday)
Note:
- The time might be subject to change (a little bit early or late).
- Scaffold platforms around the outer circumference of the building might interfere with outside view from the room you stay in. Also for protecting the privacy, take measures such as closing the curtain for it and so on.
- Also there might be noise, vibration and paint smell at the duration.
- The information in related to this repair work will be posted on the bulletin board near the Front Desk (at Guest House Reception) as occasion serves.
